Mission Statement
Be fair, attentive, and customers
will return.
A mission statement explains
an organization's purpose.
It's the guide by which
decisions are made. From
this guide, strategies
are formed.
The mission statement defines
your organization, business.
A mission statement stands the
test of time, recession, and
other such activity.
The mission statement is
changed when it no longer
works for a business,
organization.
It can be as short as
five sentences long.
Write a mission statement
by expressing why your business,
organization, exists.
How will your target market
benefit from your goods,
services?
What will your organization,
business, address?
It's a must to be committed
to your mission statement.
If you're uncomfortable
with any sentence of it,
change it.
